Natalie Heller is dancer, body-work therapist and somatic movement educator. Her approch to the body is one where body, mind and soul are indivisible. She believes that the 'body holds the score' of our journey through life. Through body-work therapy, alignement and awareness excersises, we are able to sense the mind/body unity. This is the first step in the healing process (mental and physical). Natalie offers both private treatment and group sessions. Her practice is influenced by methods such as Somatics, dance therapy, creative practice, Ashtanga Yoga, Pilates, Thai Massage, Body Mind Centering, Contact Improvisation, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique and Simonson Modern Dance, all of which she has extensive training in. Natalie is currently training to be an osteopath.
Natalie is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce as a natural medicine therapist.
