Self- massage workshop
This is a 2 hour training course. Students will be introduced to various techniques for applying pressure to their own body in order to release muscular tension. The training includes a 7-step routine for youth longevity facial massage that delays signs of aging. We also learn auto-reflexology, where you learn which points on the foot to work to release physical, energetic and organ tension. Students will then have a 20 minute self-massage routine which can be practiced with or without oils.
Franklin balls use
Learn to use Franklin balls to tone and massage the body. We will work on releasing the psoas muscle (which tightens up when seated for extended periods). We also learn how to challenge ourselves physcially using franklin balls in a workout routine. And, of course we will learn rolling techniques to release muscular tension.

Lung workshop: breathing, relaxation, movement and stretch
This is a workshop targeted at deepening your awareness of your lungs. We use hands-on experiential anatomy to experience the capacity of the lungs. Through imagery and gentle movement practice we bring the thoracic region into gentle movement and stretch. We learn how to enable flexibility in the ribcage, how to free breath, and how to loosen the diaphragm. Perfect for boosting immunity and uplifting your mood.
